Each Pack contains 4 boards all the same long length. This product is Hand Oiled here in our factory in the UK. Each colour gives our flooring a truly unique appearance. We use specially formulated coloured oils that not only are beautiful to the eye but also easy to maintain. The colour that you see in the description is the colour that you will receive. This product is suitable for use with underfloor heating (please see guidelines for use before purchase). Here at Wood2U, we not only strive to deliver you the best products, but the best prices. We purchase our engineered oak flooring from only the best manufactures and we purchase in bulk. Because of this we can offer you prices that are normally reserved for the Trade! We do not compromise on quality, all of our engineered flooring is 21mm thick with a 6mm European Oak wear layer. We do not purchase cheap Chinese products (unlike most of our competitors!). Our hand oiled range is a bespoke range of flooring that is made here on our premises in the UK. Every board is hand finished with the selected colour. Please note that any samples that are sent out are to be used as a guide only. Natural wood has great variation in both the appearance and its density. Because of this, the way oil looks on each board is different. The sample that you receive will give you an idea of the general colour of the flooring. In our opinion this only adds to our products beauty and gives you a truly unique floor. Please note that as these products are hand made the manufacturing process takes approximately 2 – 5 days depending on the quantity of flooring ordered. Whilst all of our engineered flooring is suitable for use with underfloor heating the following guidelines MUST be observed: Maximum permissible subfloor temperature 27ºC Maximum permissible output per m² of 60 W/m² Relative humidity in the room must be maintained between 45% – 65% Moisture content of the Veneer must be maintained between 7% – 9% The flooring must NOT be covered by rugs, entrance mats etc. Price (excl.
