Deliveries to northern Scotland may be subject to specific delivery charges. Please call 0333 600 1365 for more information
Deliveries will be made Monday - Friday on varying sized vehicles and it is the drivers responsibility to remove the materials from the vehicle. It is however your responsibility to take delivery of the goods at the kerbside and transport them into your home. It is therefore essential that you have adequate help at time of delivery. Please advise our transport co-ordinator of any special requirements regarding delivery at the time the delivery day is notified to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Your order MUST be inspected on arrival and any damages must be noted and signed for as damaged (We cannot accept responsibility for goods not signed for as damaged on delivery).
- Deliveries are to the kerbside only. It is the customer responsibility to take the goods into their premises. Some items can be heavy so please ensure that you have adequate assistance.
- If no one is available to take goods into premises this may result in a failed delivery and our £40.00 + VAT failed delivery charge shall apply.
- If you refuse delivery for any other reason than that it is damaged you we be charged the original delivery charge of £34.95 + VAT plus the re-delivery charge of £40.00 + VAT to get the materials returned to our warehouse. This will apply even if your original order qualified for free delivery.
- If you wish to book your delivery to an address other than the billing address then this must be done in the comments box when you are placing the order. If there is no alternitive address provided it will be delivered to the billing address.
