Sample Service

At Wood2U we offer a FREE sample service to make it easier for our customers to see the colour and texture of our floors.

We aim to send you the exact sample you order, however under certain circumstances we may have to send you a different thickness to what you have ordered but the exact same colour, as our sample service is designed so you can see the colour of the floor. If you need to see a certain thickness to compare the sample that you have ordered to a floor you already have then please let us know and we can arrange that for you. We only do this so you receive the correct colour in the quickest time so you can order your flooring.

Delivery times:

Our samples are sent direct to your door via Royal Mail and will arrive with you the very next day! Such as Krono Original, Swiss Krono and Kronoswiss samples. We can send up to 4 samples to you at once and can even send 2 of the same samples out to you if required so that you can get the proper feel for the floor to make sure it’s the right one for you!

Our LG Hausys, Coretec, Kersaint Cobb, and FAUS samples all take up to 3-5 days to arrive as these ones come directly from the manufacturer to you.

Our Egger and HARO samples can take 2-3 weeks to arrive with you as these ones come direct from mainland Europe.

We also provide samples of our Worktops & Wall Cladding, with such brands as Bushboard, Formica, Duropal, Showerwall and Oasis which also come directly from the manufacturer.

I cant find the sample that I want?

At this moment in time we do not offer the sample service for Quick-Step and Balterio samples. We do however have all of these items on display in our master showroom.

My sample doesn't look quite like my floor?

Our samples are cut from the products that you buy and because of this there is variation from piece to piece. If you are in doubt, we recommend that you come and visit our showroom to see larger samples or please ask for a larger sample to be sent in the post. Large samples can be sent for £5.00 each and the cost is refundable when an order is placed for that floor.
